How to Attract What (and Who) You Really Want in Your Life

Going out on a date with an especially attractive, confident and smart person takes some preparation to succeed. Remember, he or she can have anyone--so why should they choose you? How will you need to dress, haircut, what will you need to say, how must you act to win their approval?

If you want them to want you, you'll do everything in your power to increase your odds of success with them. Repeat a few mistakes with a smart one and they'll run from you. It's not smart to invest in people who keep making the same mistakes!

Well, the same can happen with our health and wellness. If we treat our body, mind or spirit poorly, it runs away from us, things go wrong and we're not likely to attract the health, fitness, vitality, relationships and peace-of-mind which is all our potential.

Wellness is composed of several dimensions: physical, mental, spiritual, social and lifestyle. Each one is important and helping the other in order to express more of our superhuman capability. Anyone can be average. Experiencing more of our amazing potential takes somes setting some standards for ourselves and following them.

For an example: If we act like jerks, think negative thoughts, eat junk food and binge drink for several weeks without exercising--our wellness will run away very quickly--as will most quality relationships will also try to avoid us. Quality people don't want to catch that disease! The only other people who are attracted to losers tend to be other losers. If we want to attract better relationships in our lives, we must seek to become the type of person they will be attracted to.

Same goes with our body, mind and spirit. When we treat ourselves right--we feel great and tend to attract more similarly healthy people into our lives. There are easy paths in everything, but these easy paths will not work for very long.

"Easy means lazy and the future is not for lazy ones."

In short--we must first become the type of people we wish to attract in our lives--the rewards can last a lifetime.
