Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
Did this OBGYN pressure you to use certain birth controls or medications?
Yes, but they didn't push it too hard
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

This practise is run professionally, from the waiting room to the follow-up. Both Dr Noel and Dr Bergmann are doctors with personalities as well as being very up-to-date and informed about the full range of treatment and approaches to any gynecological situation. I respect that they both treat me as the client and a smart, informed, health person who is worthy of partnering with. I trust this group to have my best interests in mind, and treat me as an individual.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
