Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. In addition if your insurance carrier has not paid,due to the fact that they have an incompetant billing department, Dr. Schechtman is more than happy to verbally abuse a patient and will have what she refers to as a "come to Jesus" meeting with you!!!

Their staff was not friendly at all -- entirely rude, unknowledgeable, and unwelcoming. I'm not an impatient person, but waiting nearly three hours to see the doctor (or nurse practitioner, rather) was quite annoying. My appointment was also pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt even worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find, but I certainly won't be returning. I'm currently searching for someone else, and I suggest others do the same.

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

Somewhat, they eventually called me back

No, and they didn't want me to seek anyone else's opinion

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
