They were late a few times to my appointments. Not only was their advice completely unbiased, it was practical, realistic advice that I could implement into my everyday life, and it worked. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
