Most unprofessional doctor's office I have ever had the displeasure to go to. My appointment was set during the time that the office is closed for lunch (between 12 and 1) even though the person that verified the appointment said it was at 12:45. I get there, fill out the paperwork, pay the fee, and the appointment was for fertility (I don't think that I need to explain what "sample" they need from me to check that) the receptionist tells me that I need to give a sample but that I cannot use their backroom because if I was occupying the restroom then they couldn't call back any other patients. I thought that was the purpose of an appointment!!! So she gives me the specimen cup and tells me to go use the restroom down the hall!!! The PUBLIC restroom that is shared amongst all the other doctors offices in the complex. Talk about rough conditions to retrieve a "specimen"!!! Not only did I have to do dig deep into the imagination bank to give them what they needed I had to do it in a nasty public restroom with someone knocking on the door!!! Then I was told when the appointment was set that I would get the results back within 10 minutes I have waited about 2 hours and still nothing. DON'T USE THIS DOCTOR OR FACILITY!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! They should have just asked me to step back into a back alley for this!!!
