They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I've already been recommending them to all my friends and family. I don't think there's a better psychiatrist out there. I will absolutely be returning. They did a great job, and I can’t wait for my next appointment.

Dr. Shah is very good with his patients. He listens to you and works hard to make sure you are getting the correct treatment. He is very knowledgeable and explains things so that you can understand your plan of care. I have been seeing him for 5 yrs and I have been pleased with the care I have received.

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Their prices weren't outrageous, but they were a little too expensive. I wish they were willing to make it more affordable. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. I really liked Dr. Shah, but some of the office staff leaves something to be desired.
