Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

No, I never saw one
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, it was rather cramped

I went in for a physical and it took 3 1/2 hours to get out of that filthy office. Staff was rude and doctor was horrible. Got bloodwork done and was told i would get a call on monday - it's now friday and haven't gotten a call yet. Made 3 calls to the office and told doctor will call you back. My last call the nurse even laughed and said "that's the way he is".
I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life. This doctor should be ashamed of himself.

My mother has called upon Dr. Ricca whenever my children were visiting her and came down with a cold or my son's asthma needed professional care. Dr. Ricca was always able to see the children quickly without hassle. Although noted as a geriatric professional his demeanor and care of my children was always caring and concise.
