Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up

No, it took a while
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
No, no one seemed to notice I was there

I appreciate Dr Brown's professionalism and her availability. She has been easy to reach in an emergency. When I called she either answered right away or called me back shortly. She has been great in helping me deal with challenging situations and always listens to me. I always feel completely comfortable with her.
