Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I haven't received periodontal care from Dr. Linden, but I have provided internet services for him for several years, helping him get more traffic to his web site. He quickly became not just a client, but a friend. He's such a friendly, trustworthy, straightforward, down-to-earth guy, that if I did need periodontal care, I would travel from Iowa to New York to have him provide it. I get the impression from reading his patients' testimonials that they feel the same. Aside from his personality, it is evident that he is highly respected in his field. He is often invited to speak at professional conferences, because as an innovator and long-time practitioner in the field of laser periodontics, his expertise is much in demand among those belatedly familiarizing themselves with this superior treatment methodology.
