AFTER 2 1/2 MONTHS OF PAIN IN MY LEG. INSURANCE AUTHORIZED AN MRI. DR. LEWIS READ THE MRI AND FOUND 2 HERNIATED DISC. HE RECOMMENDED SURGERY TO REMOVE AND L4-L5 TO TAKE THE PRESSURE OFF THE NERVE. SUR
