I have been living with back pain for years. As the pain was coming and going I was neglecting it or able to manage it. Unfortunately, one day the pain was so bad that it started impacting my quality of life. I didn’t want a temporary relief by taking painkillers. I wanted a heal. This is how I found Dr. Duke. My first visit lasted almost 2 hours. His exam was more than thorough. After my second visit the pain was almost gone. He has taught me how to take care of my back and I have seen such an improvement. He really helped me understanding the healing process. He tells you why or what he will be doing. He has been applying different techniques during the sessions. He has remarkable memory that amazes me every time. He is very knowledgeable and I enjoy his sessions. Dr. Duke is very friendly and that is very important to build a good doctor-patient relationship. I appreciate him and his passion to help and heal his patients. He definitely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Duke.

n December of 2015, I woke up in immense pain stemming from my lower back. Back pain is nothing new to me, as I am fairly busty and have poor posture. At the time, I was juggling work, studying for final exams, and preparing to graduate college in a few short weeks. So...naturally I decided to ignore the pain until it became unbearable. After a week, the sharp knife-like pain graduated down my right leg all the way down to my toes. I could hardly walk, stand straight, sit, sleep, anything... I could only find relief when I was sitting down with my right knee to my chest. Sitting in this position 24/7 caused my upper back to cramp up so much that I physically could hardly straighten my back without crying. At one point, I was in so much pain that I could not hold my own bladder and peed on myself in a public place!!! So...I FINALLY went to the ER where I discovered I had two herniated discs in my lower lumbar, stemming from an existing high school cheerleading accident. I went on to have two procedures that alleviated 85% of the pain.

It wasn't until after I attended a few sessions with Dr. Duke, that I realized what I considered my "normal" was NOT what it used to be before the injury. Pain became my "new normal". Dr. Duke discovered and addressed the underlying issues behind my headaches and back pain. He was very detailed in his assessment, always taking the time to explain what he is doing and why. Dr. Duke is constantly educating me on my body and its systems. He is not only fixing my back pain, but addressing my overall health and wellness. He is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients. I am so appreciative and thankful to have him as my doctor! I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Duke to anyone seeking Chiropractic care! Best in the business!

I highly recommend his service.
A little over three years ago I injured my back working out. Before my back could heal, I was involved in a car accident and my back pain got worse. After seeking care from my family doctor, two physical therapists, 3 different chiropractors, and a back surgeon, I could not get complete relief and I was at my wits end. X-rays were negative, no one could figure out the cause of my pain. My wife found Dr. Duke's website, she called him and explained my situation. He assured my wife he could fix my back. Dr. Duke took the time and worked me in that day. During my initial consultation, Dr. Duke assured me he new what was wrong and explained what was the problem. He explained the course of treatment. I have followed his every word to the "T" and I am happy to say that I am pretty much pain free. I feel stronger and healthier. I know I still have a ways to go but with Dr. Duke's treatment and help, I know I will be pain free. I highly recommend Dr. Duke

Dr. Duke provides excellent services along with simple explanations of the procedures being performed. He has always been very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Duke for anyone's chiropractic needs.

I had a great experience with Dr. Duke. After suffering chronic pain for nearly a decade I was quite impressed and relieved with his ability to make significant reductions in my sciatica pain in such a short period of time. I feel better now than I have for years, thanks!

DR DUKE SPENT MORE TIME DISCUSSING MY HEALTH ISSUES, PAST TO PRESENT, THAN ANY DOCTOR I'VE EVER HAD.
I HAD HIP PAIN THAT KEPT ME FROM DOING WHAT I LOVE TO DO, MAINLY GARDENING AND FISHING. AFTER THREE VISITS, MY PAIN IS MANAGEABLE AND GETTING BETTER EVERY DAY.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOCTOR DUKE.

Best there is. I sustained many injuries while on active duty, and Dr. Duke has helped me greatly to become more mobile again. I would recommend anyone come see him, he will help. He also cares for his patients and make sure you receive the absolute best.

I am a patient of Dr. Duke at the Innovative Health and Wellness in Buckhead. I have been a patient of Dr. Duke for the last four months after an accident which left me with neck and back injuries. Let me start off by saying I was highly impressed by how professional, caring, and educational Dr. Duke is. He not only treats his patients, but also educates you on what's going on with your injuries and great ways to treat them at home. I have come in to the office on days where my neck and back is aching and I leave feeling sooooooo much better. You not only leave feeling much better after his great adjustments, but you also leave knowing whats going on with your body and it's healing process, which I find essential. The staff is amazing and kind as well. The waiting times are minimum. I never thought I would be sad that my therapy will be ending soon, but it has just been such a pleasant experience that I will definitely miss Dr. Duke and the staff. I would absolutely, 100%, recommend him to anyone who is in search of a great and Knowledgeable chiropractor, whom overall definitely knows what he is doing. You can definitely tell he loves what he does and that's important to me when seeking treatment. Thank you Dr. Duke for everything! I would give you more than 5 stars if I could!

I am a former collegiate athlete and have been struggling lately with some nagging back injuries I never really took the time to address. Dr. Duke made time to adjust me on the first visit because I was in so much pain. He also recommend a regimen of stretches and exercises I could do at home to speed up my recovery process. With Dr. Duke having experience working with world-class athletes I trusted his care plans and should be on track to being released within the next week!
