They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
