I have known Dr. Helma for about 15 years. He recently treated my high school daughter for a sports related issue. She was very apprehensive at first, but the staff was friendly as well as very professional. She received the exact care I had expected -- complete satisfaction! The pain went away because the problem was corrected. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Dr. Helma has given me some stretches, suggestions, and information to help manage my issues without coming for another adjustment. He is concerned about my overall well being, and he is very knowledgable.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
