Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Dr. Ricci always makes you feel like you are his #1 focus. He listens to what you are saying to him and asks how you feel when he is done adjusting. He also allows walk ins for those times when you just need help right away.
