I have been going to Dr Reid for over 10 years and have referred family and friends to him. He is a very caring person and takes all the time needed to understand what hurts and what your pain level is. I usually feel some relief instantly. He never requires unnecessary return visits - only when necessary. He has state-of-the-art equipment.
My back issues are so much less than when I first started with Dr. Reid and I only see him 3-4 times a year for minor adjustments and maintenance.
His staff is wonderful. Friendly and supportive. It is easy to get an appointment - usually the same day if needed.
I highly recommend Dr. Chuck Reid

This chiropractor has never misdiagnosed me. They always are able to find the source of my pain. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments.

One thing that made my adjustments extremely uncomfortable, was that their hands were unbelievably cold. I honestly couldn't wait for my treatment to be over. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
