I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area.
