I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. When I arrived for my
appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I have been a patient of Steves for years and would trust him with my life. The trust runs so deep that I won't allow any other provider to touch me. Even while living in New Jersey, I would fly back to Spokane for Steves care. As far as I am concerned, there is none better. When you are in his office, you are treated with the same genuine care as a family member would receive.

He works for the insurance industry. He makes loads of money writing reports that claim people are not injured. These reports allow for insurance companies to deny claims, and defend against claims. He, in this way, hurts people.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Not at all! They were boring and outdated
