Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The equipment they used during my adjustment was very advanced and sophisticated. It made me much more comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment.
