Husband and I are new to the area, I was having a back problem and since Dr. Valli was listed under our insurance, we popped in one day while in town. We were greeted with a smile and asked if we could wait 5 minutes to be taken on a short tour of their treatment rooms and rehab room - which we were. I asked if I could see the doctor that day since my back was quite painful and bothering me quite a bit. They said, of course, but could we wait about 15 minutes. We did and were ushered into a quick consultation with Dr. Burns, who took a brief accounting of my situation. Since I had been under chiropractic care in our previous state, and had a note from our previous doctor as to that treatment, I was then introduced to Dr. Valli who checked me over thoroughly and then did an adjustment.
Dr. Valli then asked us to please make an appointment to be completely evaluated and have some xrays taken so he could be sure his treatment was appropriate for our situation.

We did that - and I must say that after 50 years of being affiliated with various chiropractors I have never had such an in-depth evaluation and treatment. Dr. Valli explains everything he is doing and why before he proceeds. He has keep up his education in the Chiropractic field in and is certified in many processes of treatment. He is a fountain of knowledge.

Finally - it is the best care we have even been given in this field.
