They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

Yes, they were immaculate!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Dr Berki is great! He took lots of time asking me all kinds of questions to better understand my pain! I love that he didnt rush or just spew facts about the spine that I didnt understand. He took the time to make me feel comfortable and understand what was wrong with me as well! I am a patient for life!

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting George Berki, D.C.. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable.

You'll fall in love with chiropractic and Dr. Berki! When I first moved to the Avon Lake/Avon area of OH I was on a relentless search for a chiropractor. My previous chiropractor was in his 80s and still practicing chiropractic. I stuck with him till the end. Then his time had come to visit the pearly gates. I went to see Dr. Berki and told him he had a huge bill to fill because I was looking for someone to replace my previous chiropractor and gave him a colossal list of things I was not only looking for but expected in a chiropractor. Dr. Berki filled all of them. I continued to see him on an as needed basis for the next ten years then relocated to San Diego, now I'm on the search once again. PS His secretary Stacy's the bomb also.
