They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I have seen a lot of chiropractors in my life, and Dr. Rick is one of my favoites.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. This provider sometimes has promotions going on but only if you ask. You really have to look hard to find coupons. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was so happy with the care I got here that I have already told multiple people about it. They deserve all the recommendations in the world.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
