I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Have "Excellent" Double Coverage Insurance and have "No" co-pay at Amber Bush DC in Porterville. (Or even "No" co pay at the Sansum Clinic in Santa Barbara.) The WAY Honka use to Be. Honka stated I needed to Pay cash up front! Billing system caused more stress than adjustment could relieve!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
