The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed! They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment.
