They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
