I was unhappy with the treatment I got from Dr. Presas. He had a very pleasant demeanor, and it wasn't hard to get an appointment, but my problems started from the first visit. I was constantly kept waiting (I was there for 2 hours total of which maybe 45 minutes at most was getting treated!) and he did x-rays even though I stated on my forms that I did NOT want them (and did not need them). I told him multiple times that I came to him because he listed Active Release and it had been helpful for me before, yet in the 3 visits that I came, he didn't do any ART. I left in more pain than when I came, having had many unnecessary procedures done that had not worked before (and surprise...didn't work again). If a patient states that they came for a *specific* technique and a doctor has some reason they aren't going to do that, they should at least let the patient know why and allow them to go elsewhere. I'm getting ART elsewhere now and doing much better. I expect other people may have better experiences with him that have more typical issues, but I have a real problem with a doctor that doesn't listen to what th patient is telling them has worked or not worked in the past.
