Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. My level of satisfaction was very high after this appointment. I was impressed with how the doctor catered to my needs. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
