Dr. Hadel and his staff were simply excellent. They provided me the highest level of care and compassion. From the moment I hobbled through the front door, Dr. Hadel showed his commitment to returning me to health and wellness. Over the years I have been to many other health care providers including MD's, and other DC's, but Dr, Hadel is far and away the best I've seen for total health and maintenance. With a modest number of visits, my debilitating back pain soon disappeared, and today I am able to golf again! I would highly recommend Dr. Douglas Hadel, DC. Well done Dr. Hadel...

I started with Dr. Hadel May 2012, with extreme lower back pain, sciatica. I could not sit, stand, lay down or exercise without pain. I had been through several PT sessions and seen six other various type doctors, with no relief in sight! Dr. Hadel requested I come in as soon as I called and asked me to bring any MRI or CT Scans on my initial visit last May and a few months later when I had a follow up scan he reviewed them again. He performed very mild spinal decompression in conjunction with accupuncture treatments and I've never felt better! He is the only doctor over the past five years that has truly helped me get back to leading a normal/active life! Thank you!

After my car accident I went into see Hadel. I went a few times - though every time I felt uncomfortable. The last time I went in he put many acupuncture needles in my neck and left the room. My body started to spas out and I yelled for help. He was too far away to hear me. I then passed out, falling back on my neck where all of the needles were. Once I regained consciousness, he still had not checked on me. I yelled for help again, this time in hysterical tears and excruciating pain. One of his other unattended patients came to help me and found Hadel. It took me hours to recover from this traumatic experience. He made no effort to apologize, console me or do anything to rectify the issue. He sent me home in no state to drive and never checked up on me again. In addition to this horrific experience, I did not feel any better. I then got an MRI a few days after the acupuncture event only to find out that I had two compression fractures in my spine from the accident. Hadel worked on my back without ever inquiring into the severity of the accident or making sure I was in any state to be worked on. I have sent Hadel multiple requests for full refunds for all of my visits related to the accident. He refuses to respond. This was by far the worst medical/healing experience of my life. I will be filing an official complaint with the Kansas Board of Healing Arts.
