No, there was no annoying music

Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment
Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment?
Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed.

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful.
Dr. Nardone has been very helpfu to us.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable.
