They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. McCall is extremely knowledgeable and a kiind-hearted doctor. He uses different kinds of acupuncture and oriental medicine. He is the best doctor I have ever been to.

They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave happy with their visit each and every time. Its great that they always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting long and are so quick to reply. They never have that typical, irritating waiting room music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and adds to the atmosphere. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them just one time. All of my questions were answered, and I definitely feel much more confident and hopeful about my health. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They really made an effort to keep me out of pain while ensuring that my treatment was a success. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome it. I've felt like an annoyance at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
