I will definitely refer my friends and family here. The doctor was great and I think more people should know about her. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. The comfort of the chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. my only concern was the staff here could have been a lot more friendly, considering this is a family doctor.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I have ever dealt with. It did not matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. A flat screen displays helpful health information in the waiting room. The wait was so short; I decided to watch the high blood pressure section after my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I have been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

Dr. Williams is awesome. I went to here for her ratings for her bedside manner from other website reviews. It was well worth it. She took the time to sit and talk with me, asked me questions, and addressed all my concerns. She is a lovely woman and an awesome doctor. So glad I chose her to go to, and will be back as long as possible. The staff was awesome. Her nurse was super nice and approachable. The receptionists were nice. And the lady lab tech was nice and amazing at her job when drawing blood, I have hard to find veins which usually require multiple pokes... she did it in one poke and I barely felt the needle!!! Awesome overall!!!
