This facility is a TOTAL SCAM!!! All they want is your money. I had to pay over $15,000 up front with a promise in writing to refund my money if my insurance company paid them more than $30,000 a month. Guess what they collected well over than amount and when I asked for my refund..lo and behold they filed bankruptcy so they don't have to pay me back. Not to mention that they over bill the insurance company (which I believe is insurance fraud) to collect as much as they can. To top that off I found out that the multi million dollar house in Malibu is purchased by a bunch of investors (the same people or relatives of the owners of the rehab), they lease the house to the rehab corporation, so all of us victims pay their mortgage, and when they file bankruptcy they stiff all of the people they owe money to, but because the house is owned by another corporation, they walk away with the real estate free and clear. Dr. Shalti owns multiple rehabs, and her mother owns one to. How these people sleep at night, I will never understand, it is all about the money. STAY AWAY and tell all your friends.

Cost for 3 week stay - $30,000. For a a shared room. Staff it boasts about on website you get to see ONCE a week for ONE hour, rest is badly chaired group work, pointless 'art therapy' and 'acting therapy' group sessions. Clipboard obsessed untrained staff bully 'clients' from a to b, 'meds' encouraged, and AA and 12 step program blatantly pushed at every chance. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. TOTAL SCAM. Every single person there was furious and frustrated at wasting their money and left feeling ripped off and uncertain of their recoveries.

Seasons changed my life. I know it sounds trite, but it is true. They have
the greatest staff, the kindest people, and in my case, knew exactly how to reach me. I advise anyone ready to finally live a life of sobriety to consider to call these great people today..

My daughter would have been better off on the streets. They in no way helped her. They said and did everything to get her in and then - nothing. These people pray on you desperation and know at the time you are trying to choose a place for your lovedone you are not in a good place. Well - you have got to do your research and if you do!!!! You will not make the mistake I did by sending my daughter there. I regret looking at the website and being sold. Recovery is what you want to a hotel for drug addicts. Do not so there!!!! They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered next time. Their staff is there to get your money and they don't really care about treatment. was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Pointless, Frustrated and Extremely Angry is all I can say about this SHAM of a rehab. .

Apparently about one month before I came in Seasons had changed their management and by all accounts the experience was totally different than what it was before. The emphasis on the work with my son and husband changed my ability to manage my life and not turn to alcohol as my only coping mechanism. I am so grateful to the staff and the CA's that made me feel as though I was the only client that existed. I am grateful for all the work they did in facilitating my ability to get my life back. I know the rest is up to me but I cannot thank Seasons enough for what they have done.

The care was OK. The big issue is the way they handle the finances. The intake person told me that they would take care of the pre-authorisation for my insurance which was never done. So none of my stay was covered. If they had done the pre-auth, I would have had coverage. Also, my hasband received some care that we paid $16,00 for up front. He ended up only seeing a therapist as an out patient for a few visits. they refused to refund any money. I finally took them to small calims court and won.
