The staff went out of their way to make both me and my pet feel welcome. It felt like they really cared about both of us. I've never seen a vet be more careful or gentle than they were with my pet. My pet felt so much better when we left. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They always return my phone calls within the same day. It's so great, especially when I need a question answered right away. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I loved this Dr and my experience. He helped me so much, and put me at ease. He completely took care of my dog, and I couldnt have been happier with the results. His front desk customer service is AMAZING! So helpful and had no problem answer my 100 questions before my office visit.

This is NOT a discount clinic. This so called Doctor (rex) is paid $120,000 a YEAR to care for these dogs. #A496822 (AKA Patton) was left to suffer. There is no way this Dr. could not see MAGGOTS all over this dog. He should NEVER be allowed to touch a dog again. He doesn't care about these dogs, only his paycheck. Devore animal shelter does nothing but cover up and refuse to answer why these dogs are suffering and dying of illnesses they contract while in THEIR (lack of) CARE!

I want to know why dog #A496822 (AKA Patton) was left to SUFFER terribly, COVERED IN MAGGOTS FROM HEAD TO TAIL, for 5 days, when Devore pays Dr. Gregory Rex $120,000 a year? Why was this dog left to languish in his own waste? .
