The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. There are many kind things to say about this vet and his staff.
We adopted a rescue pet last summer, and she was the most nervous, scared and terrified dog we've had in 20+ years. I met Dr. Flores through the foster 'mom' who has been to Dr. Flores for years. He is friendly and calm, good with our new pet, and willing to see us whenever we have concerns. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Their staff was so warm and welcoming, even when my dog has accidents in their office due to her nervous nature. They act like its routine and never make me feel badly. I'm pleased to say Dr Flores has done his best to care for this needy rescue pet!

We were interested in having a "RESCUE" dog examined BEFORE making our decision. Dr. Flores did a thorough exam, answered our questions, and prescribed needed medication.
We have had another [much closer] vet who has cared for our several dogs for over 30 years, but it's worth it for us to travel this distance to interact with Dr. Flores and his staff for our newest pet. BCG
