my cat had constipation problems, he called him poops which was totally uncalled for and made it seem like giving him enemas was beneath him. i stopped going there because i called when his problem was really bad, they said they had no cages but bring him in anyway, it was always a 3-4 night stay because of the problem, where the heck were they going to put him, so i found VCA vets, they were wonderful, yes more expensive but well worth it
