The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

I've never seen a vet be more careful or gentle than they were with my pet. My pet felt so much better when we left. They put in the extra effort to make me and my pet feel valued and important. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

I have two dogs - a Shiba Inu and a Chihuahua. My son (who lives next door to me) has a yellow lab. We both take our dogs to Dr. Brown who, I believe, has provided veterinary services longer than any other vet in the county. While they are always very busy, the staff are always very nice and Dr. Brown is always very good with our animals and patient with my many questions.
