These people were cold and callous to me after my dog died from an overdose of flea medicine(Comfortis) that the vet himself prescribed. She died in less than 10 hours of being given the medicine. Prior to that she was running around and playful as always. The manufacturer of the product themselves stated that Dr. Burroughs prescribed medicine to my dog that was more than 1.5 times the maximum dose.No remorse, no apologies, unwilling to take responsibility for their actions. Our girl was poisoned to death because of their actions. We loved her so much. Now we're left with a void that can never be filled, and a profound sadness that no words can describe.
Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
