They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. I felt very encouraged after my first appointment. After seeing how qualified and knowledgeable they were, I was hopeful that I would be able to get better under their care. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
