Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important.
