I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I bought the most beautiful pair of glasses here. I was pleasantly surprised at the very large selection of frames to choose from and am definitely going to recommend others to check them out. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

Absolutely, the'll fix them right in front of you. No waiting necessary!

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for
