They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was in desperate need of glasses and wanted the convenience of getting them at my appointment. I was disappointment when I viewed the frames they offered and they were not exactly flattering. One thing that I did not appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. All the employees seem to be running around very disorganized as if this was their first day on the job and didn't quite know what to do. I can count on Dr. Lusk to do a fantastic eye exam although I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I will definitely refer my friends and family here only for the fact the Dr. Lusk is superb at his job and I think more people should know about him. I'm willing to bet that most people overlook the chaos going on in the vision center itself and continuing going to this place of business due to the Dr. there.
