They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

Dr. Steve Heffelfinger, D.C. always makes sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting! Dr. Steve Heffelfinger, D.C. makes the extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need! They always remember me and make me feel very important! I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. Dr. Steve Heffelfinger, D.C. was fantastic! I've never experienced any numbness! I always feel so much better after my appointments! Dr. Steve Heffelfinger, D.C. talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. Dr. Steve Heffelfinger, D.C. definitely cares about their patients.
