The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
