They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I've seen Dr Baker for my pets for almost 20 years. He is a fantastic vet. He truly cares for his clients. I refer people to him all the time.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Whenever I have to go out of town I always use this animal hospitals boarding facility. My pet is always so well taken care of and gets so much love and attention from all of the staff. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
