The doctor was thorough and every question I had was answered. My dogs tend to be nervous about visits but they love Dr Ambrose and she genuinely cares about them. The office and exam rooms are immaculate. Their staff is friendly, professional, and efficient both over the phone and in person.

I have taken my cat to Animal General for ten years, and they have been as good as it gets in every respect. The doctors and staff are professional, explain everything, are very accessible and responsive, treat my pet and me with kind concern and respect, listen carefully to concerns and questions, and just do everything in the best possible way. When you are with a doctor, your pet is the focus and never do you feel rushed or misunderstood. And all the time you are there, you feel welcome and important and reassured that your pet will get the best possible care. I feel lucky that I found them.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They go above and beyond to identify a concern. They are always careful and meticulous. As soon as I walk through the door, I am greeted by the friendly staff. My dog has been cared for by Dr. Feldman and Dr. Dolin for 12 years. They truly care.
