I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
Above is the canned review based on my answers, and is almost perfect.

Great vet, works with you at all times, and keeps you on the loop.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Dr. Baker is the most caring and knowledgeable veterinarian I have ever known in all my life of having many pets. She always remembers me and my animal’s needs and personalities and goes well out of her way to be approachable, even when my dogs are less than friendly. She keeps up with the latest research, and she’s always available by phone, even after hours. She helped us transition with one dog at home and in the most caring, nonjudgmental way possible. I am fiercely loyal to Dr. Baker, and would have a hard time trusting others after experiencing her excellent, compassionate care.
