They had some of the best pricing I have ever seen. It even seemed to be a little under what other veterinarians in the area charge, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. It was pretty quiet. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

Dr Dennard isthe least expensive vet in the area, for sure. Sometimes we will have to wait for a long time, but they are always nice to me and my dogs. They do a lot of animals every day, so I sometimes wonder about the quality vs quantity issue, but generally I think they do well for my dogs. I definitely reccommend Dr. Dennard over lack of care for your animals, and thankfully he is affordable, even if you have two large litters like I did... 18 dogs at once!

This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I will keep using Dr. Ivey Dennard with all my animals.
