They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

No, I have complete faith in their care.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Kevin, Is super great with all of my animals. He understands that our animals are like family members.. He has always shown compassion to all animals. Thanks for all you do Mr Kevin. Glad we can say you are a Bibb Countian..
