Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and fully explain the benefits and possible side effects that each one presents. They also provide flea protection by the month, if you prefer to buy it that way. It's such a great place. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. Dr.Clay saved three of my puppies from Parvo last year. He went above and beyond and even checked in during the week long recuperation period to see how they were doing. I would travel any distance to take my pets to him.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) . I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
