Great guy and wonderful vet. He is so down to earth and he eases your fears rather than plays into them. He is also very kind and obviously is in it because he loves animals - clearly it isn't about the all mighty buck for him.. Bless you Ray!!

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. He misdiagnosed my cat and the kitten died miserably of a bowel obstruction on Christmas morning - 2 1/2 days after seeing the vet. My daughter was devastated.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright.
