Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

I was satisfied with both the veterinarian and how my pet's appointment went. I have 3 dogs that I take there, and not one of them bulks about walking into the office. The examining rooms at Davis Ford Animal Clinic's office were immaculate.There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. I have never had to wait for an appt. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice.
